The Master of Leadership and Management is a graduate program focused on your ability to deliver high-level 21st century leadership and management principles and practices. Built to sharpen your leadership skills as a whole, this leadership and management program allows you to dive deeper into a variety of topics, such as cross-cultural communication, data analytics, finance and marketing.

Will my Master of Leadership and Management say ‘online’?

No, Arizona State University’s diplomas don’t specify whether you earn your degree online or in person. All diplomas and transcripts simply say “Arizona State University.” That’s because ASU Online students learn from the same faculty and receive the same course content as in-person students receive. 

Please note your diploma will state the degree you earn: Master of Leadership and Management. If you choose to pursue a specialization in global and public affairs, it will not appear on your diploma or transcripts.

Leadership and management program courses

Made up of eight core courses, one applied learning project and one capstone, the Master of Leadership and Management gives you the freedom to explore specific topics of interest while still learning the fundamentals of leadership, management and communication.
