Arizona State University is devoted to providing quality education to veterans. That dedication led ASU to rise among the best schools in the nation for online veteran degree programs. Recently, U.S. News & World Report ranked ASU degrees among the Best Online Programs for Veterans 2014.

Here’s a quick breakdown of ASU’s recent rankings of programs for veterans:

  • No. 1 – best online master’s in business.
  • No. 1 – best online master’s in engineering.
  • No. 3 – best online bachelor’s degree programs for veterans.
  • No. 7 – best online master’s in education.
  • No. 13 – best online master’s in nursing.

To qualify, ASU was considered alongside 197 regionally accredited online degree programs offered by schools that provide abundant veteran benefits. Programs had to be offered 100 percent online to be considered. From priority registration to ease of military course credit transfer, ASU helps ensure veteran students have every advantage they need to succeed.

This isn’t the first time ASU has been recognized for excellent education services for veterans. Military Times also recognized ASU in its Best for Vets: College 2014 rankings and G.I. Jobs deemed ASU a “Military Friendly School” for the fifth year in a row in 2014. Further, ASU stepped up among the first colleges in the country to support the federal government’s veteran education guidelines, “8 Keys to Success.”
