ASU recognized as top 100 most powerful global universities

June 12, 2018 · 1 min read · By ASU Online

Via ASU Now. Arizona State University has just been named in the top 100 most powerful global universities for research and teaching by Times Higher Education (THE). This definitive list is a product of the world’s largest invitation-only academic opinion survey.

A global university

ASU was the only university in Arizona to make the list and ranked in the 81-90 range. The survey itself included opinions from 10,162 scholars from 138 countries and involved multiple academic disciplines. ASU shares this recognition with only five other public universities in the Pac-12.

This ranking is an acknowledgment of ASU’s global impact, made possible by our world-class faculty and curriculum, ground-breaking research endeavors and commitment to sharing knowledge on a global scale.
