An ASU follow-up survey reports that 87% of ASU undergraduate and graduate students received at least one job offer within 90 days of graduation. ASU's diverse range of program offerings, world-renowned faculty and academic rigor are just a few factors that contribute to the overall success of our alumni.
According to the 2016 Global University Employability Survey, ASU ranked in the top 10 in the country for graduate employability. ASU placed ahead of MIT, Columbia and UCLA in preparing graduates for jobs. Among the top 20 universities, ASU is the second-highest-ranked public university. The employability survey, published by Times Higher Education, was established by recruiters and managing directors across the nation.
Earlier in the year, the Ford Motor Co. named ASU as one of its top schools for recruiting and hiring, tapping into the career centers of the Fulton Schools of Engineering and the W. P. Carey School of Business.
While most new ASU graduates intend to work after graduation, the majority of non-pursing employment graduates seek out continued education and volunteer positions within 90 days of graduation.
