Sun CardThe Sun Card is the official photo ID of all Arizona State University students, faculty and staff. Retailers in and around ASU campuses often offer discounts to Sun Card holders, and you also benefit from a 10% savings with Lifelock, a leader in identity theft protection.
To obtain a Sun Card, send the following to idcard-q@asu.edu:
- Your first and last name as registered with the university
- Your ten (10) digit ASU ID number
- A copy of your current driver’s license
- A JPEG photo of you against a white or neutral background. Do not send cell phone camera pictures, or photos where your identity is obscured by a hat or sunglasses.
A $25 fee will be posted to your student account. Allow ten (10) working days for delivery by USPS.
SoftwareASU students have access to hundreds of software titles at no cost via My Apps, a virtual one-stop shop for Microsoft Office, Adobe products such as Photoshop and Flash, and much more. Certain titles are available for download at no cost; others are available to use over ASU’s secure network.
