The online Master of Science in Nutrition is designed with the working professional in mind, placing particular emphasis on advancing student-specific practitioner skill sets to promote individual career goals.
Students will develop competencies in research methods and advanced-practice knowledge in their specific area of study. The program culminates in an applied project, allowing students to design and evaluate specific nutrition interventions in the workplace utilizing knowledge and skills in nutrition assessment, lifestyle management and chronic disease prevention. Students will develop entry-level skills in research design, statistical methods and ethical conduct in research studies.
