Complete online application

Complete the ASU graduate admissions application, 100% online. You can save your progress and complete at any time, however, the graduate application usually takes around 30 minutes to complete.

Be sure to select ONLINE as your campus of choice. You need to have one set of transcripts from every college and university you have attended. ASU accepts unofficial transcripts as part of the application which can be uploaded directly at the time of completing the application. An unofficial transcript is an uncertified copy of your academic record which you may have in your possession. In addition to courses taken for credit and grades received, unofficial transcripts also include information such as note records regarding grade changes, semester GPAs and probation/disqualification status. If you are admitted to the university, you will be required to send official transcripts to the university.

Applicants applying to a legal degree within the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law need to fill out a separate application process. Apply to the law school.

Transcripts

ASU requires an official transcript sent directly from the college(s) in which you received a bachelor’s degree or higher. ASU will also accept official transcripts issued by the college’s registrar bearing the original seal of the institution and the signature of an academic official from the institution. If you attended ASU, you do not need to request ASU transcripts be sent. Please note, any document ASU receives becomes property of the university and will not be returned to you.

International students are required to submit their official transcript in the original language accompanied by an official English translated copy by the university, government official or official translation service. Learn more about international requirements.
