Proctor Request System

Exam Proctoring
For online and televised courses that require an in-person exam, students can request the use of an exam proctor if they cannot come to one of the ASU campuses to take the exam. Students must receive their instructor's permission prior to submitting a Proctor Request Form.

Approved proctors will be sent the exam within 24 hours of the exam date. Proctors must fax the completed exam back to the DLT office and then mail the originals (students might be required to pay the postage depending on the proctor).

Approved proctors include, but are not limited to, supervisors, librarians, testing centers, university/college employees, etc. Proctors CANNOT be related to the student in any manner (i.e. marriage, adoption, birth, etc.).

What you will need to request a proctor via this system:

  • ASURITE userID and Password
  • Exam Dates
